Tiffany Cooper is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of experience supporting individuals across the mental health spectrum — from inpatient settings and group homes to her most recent work providing individual therapy to Black women navigating the daily pressures of work, school, and family life. Her clinical expertise is shaped not only by her professional training, but by her lived experience. Tiffany knows firsthand what it feels like to carry everything, pour endlessly into others, and push through exhaustion without pausing to rest. She has witnessed — in herself and in her clients — how neglecting rest takes a toll on mental health, physical health, and relationships. Today, Tiffany is deeply committed to helping Black women break that cycle.
